Scaling production

Game Development Team Lead · BF Games
I've been making games for 7 years — first as a game designer, now leading a team that helps ship dozens of games to production every year. I'm at my best where people, process and product meet.
Streamlining the workflow from first assets to release — no bottlenecks, no firefighting.
Scrum tailored to a game development team, not to the textbook.
Planning many projects at once and a coherent release schedule across several teams.
Recruitment, onboarding and development plans, so the team grows with the projects.

I plan sprints and deployments so that production releases happen on a regular rhythm. Teams know what reaches players and when, and risks are caught early.
I set up production and deployments for new partner studios — from their first release to a steady, regular release rhythm on a shared platform.
I build teams for the long run: I grew mine from 5 to 10 developers with low turnover and long-term collaboration. I set development goals with each person — including React, Node, automated testing and AI tools. To bring people together, I also organised an internal Game Jam.

Born in 1994. Video games have been my passion since childhood — and my job since 2019. I started as a game designer; today I lead the team building the engine behind dozens of games a year.
Before game development, I earned a Master's in Business Management at the University of Łódź (with an Erasmus+ semester in Zaragoza), interned at Philips, Fujitsu and BSH, and led projects at AIESEC. That's why I see games as products and processes too, not just code and art.
Off the clock: game music, volunteering for WOŚP and travel.
